I generally restrict Trusted Installer as a user just to keep the OS from screwing with settings in the background. They may believe that Windows 10 is a service, not an OS, but I run my computer differently than most home users. When you ask what kind of an operating system I would prefer it is one with no toys, gadgets, or restriction. I am my own security, I do not use anti-virus, anti-malware, or any of the other things people need these days because systems are so insecure, and users are so clueless about what exists out there.
Well, in the eval version all of the things that they say are gone are still there, they are just not enabled. This is why we have Ubuntu live disks. There are already a few things that have hopelessly died in the background, but progress is being made.
